Recipe for Bajara Flakes Chiwada:

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

- 2 cups Bajara flakes

- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts

- 1/4 cup roasted almonds

- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (or raisins)

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder

- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons oil

- Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.

2. Add turmeric powder and red chili powder. Saute for a minute.
