About Us
While establishing and laying the foundation stone of Samruddhi Agro Group, the main focus was nutrient value addition, organic processing and production of food products along with a healthy dose of marketing of locally produced organic agricultural crops. Samruddhi Agro Group was established for processing and collective marketing under the great vision of Mrs Sarojini Tatyasaheb Phadtare and Mr Tatyasaheb Ramchandra Phadtare, keeping in mind, the experience of food processing, nutrient value addition in food manufacturing and marketing industry for years.
We source all of our grains and required raw materials from farmers at a considerably higher rate than what they get offered at the marketplace. We firmly believe in Lal Bahadur Shastri’s quote – Jay Jawan, Jay Kisan. With the help of our farmers and their naturally sowed and organic raw materials, we produce the finest quality of organic products to suit the needs of our customers worldwide.
For the convenient and hassle-free procurement of value-adding raw grains, Suryoday Krishi Prakriya Prakalpa Gat and Shri Ram Krishi Prakriya Prakalpa Gat were given a green flag by the Ex. Vice Chancellor of Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Vidyapeeth, abbreviated as BSKKV (a university situated at Dapoli in Maharashtra), Dr Shankar Rao Magar with the diligent and unbiased help and support of various active farmers in Maharashtra for adding substantial value to the surrounding agriculture produce.
Both of these groups (Suryoday Krishi Prakriya Prakalpa Gat and Shri Ram Krishi Prakriya Prakalpa Gat) are registered at Agri department, Government of Maharashtra. All of these farmers take active participation in the Nutrient Security Programme, an initiative started by the government of India to remove the extension of inorganically produced food products available in the market space.
These groups of farmers are producing and providing millet on a contract basis. More prices offered by us in exchange for high quality millet grains in comparison to the market rate available. As we know, there are numerous benefits of using millet grains in a judicious manner for the production of organic food products.
